Kwinten has 15 years experience in the Human Services industry.  He offers individual, couples, family, and teen therapeutic services.  He is also available for lectures and speaking engagements.  He is trained in treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, AD/HD, eating disorders, marriage difficulties, weight management, communication improvement, coping skills training, emotional mastery, and general mental health.  He also offers Life Coaching for people that are wanting to improve productivity, success, vision, goal attainment, and a more balanced lifestyle.  He takes a wellness approach to overcoming life's difficulties.  He is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as his fundamental basis for treatment.  He also incorporates components of Existential Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and other notable therapeutic strategies.  He is committed to continual development and improvement to his professional skill and knowledge base.  He is engaged in understanding how to ease suffering, however goes much beyond that to help people experience greater joy, success, and fulfillment in life.

Kwinten also has been involved in the Martial Arts for much of his life.  He currently owns and operates Heber Valley Martial Arts in Heber City, Utah. The school is part of the Tora Jutsu Federation and studies Aiki-Tora Jutsu, an art with deep historical roots in Eastern Martial Arts.  In this traditional school students develop into better people through the study and practice of effective martial arts techniques and skills. Focus, discipline, self control, safety, health, mindfulness, strength, speed, and agility are all areas that are improved by engaging Aiki-Tora Jutsu.
